Every quote starts with a few personal details, handed to Ecovent Dryer Duct Solutions Odessa either on a phone call or through the request form on this site. Below, in ordinary words, is where those details end up and who gets to see them.

The details we end up holding

Filling in the request form means giving a name, a contact number, the job address with its street, city and ZIP code, and the kind of service required. Three things are up to you: an email, a line or two describing the problem, and a maximum of five pictures. Calls leave us the calling number and a record of whatever was agreed on the line. After a visit to your property we log how the dryer duct or air system runs, since a technician who knows the layout gets the next job done faster.

Why we hold them

• Setting up the visit, doing the requested work and handling any follow-up questions.
• Delivering a written scope, a booking confirmation or a bill.
• Texting reminders and the occasional offer, provided the second checkbox was ticked.
• No other purpose. Selling, renting or trading customer details is something we never do.

Permission to call and text

You will find two unticked checkboxes on the request form. The first gives us permission to ring or text the number you typed in, automated texts included, about that quote request and about appointment reminders. The second extends it to texted cleaning reminders and the occasional offer. If you tick neither, the request still comes through and gets an answer. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to cancel, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

For every checkbox you tick, the form platform files a note of the exact consent wording, the box in question, the phone number and the submission time. That note is our evidence that you opted in, and it is what shuts the texts down once STOP arrives.

Pictures sent with a request

Pictures uploaded through the form sit with your request on this website’s hosting platform, visible to us alone. Their single use is working out a price. Say the word and they are removed.

Outside services involved

Requests reach us by way of the hosting platform behind this website, which files each one for us to read and answer. Payments are never taken through the site, and no payment information is held on it.

Bots are filtered out with Cloudflare Turnstile, a verification step operated by Cloudflare, Inc. For that job alone it may read technical information about the browser and device you are using.

Analytics, cookies and server logs

Our hosting platform is able to switch on Google Analytics, which counts visits and shows which pages get read. While it runs, it sets cookies and reports details like the pages you look at to Google, as described in Google’s privacy policy. Arriving by way of one of our Google ads means the form also carries the click reference of that ad, which tells us which ad earned the visit. Separately, the host records routine server logs (IP address, page asked for, time) for security and to keep the site online.

Having your details fixed or erased

Just ask at any point by calling (813) 544-7129 or using the contact form, and we will let you know when it is finished. Anything the law obliges us to retain for tax or bookkeeping stays only for the period the law sets.
